Orange Illustrative Run Day Challenge Poster (1080 X 1080 Px)

Running Wild Trail Run is one of Health Resources Center’s largest fundraising events of the year! This fun, family-oriented event will take place on June 14 at 9:00am in Maplewood State Park. The Running Wild course navigates through the beautiful, but challenging, terrain of Maplewood State Park in Pelican Rapids, MN.

There are three race options: a 7K Trail Run, 1 mile LIFE Hike, and a 200 yard Kid’s Run WILD.

The 7K terrain includes some uneven ground, lots of mini-hills, a gravel road, moderately challenging hills and the rigorous Ironwood Trail Hill.
The 1 Mile LIFE Hike is an out and back course.

We encourage you to enjoy Maplewood State Park after the race. Bring your swimsuits, towels, and a picnic for the day and enjoy Lake Lida. The beach is just steps away from the starting line.
